Uncommonly excellent support. I had a problem with a PNG method not loading properly on my server and reached out to Mr. Monir via his Whatsapp support link. He answered almost instantly, identified the problem within a couple hours, and had a plugin update pushed shortly after that.
In a world where devs sometimes take days to respond (only to ask if WordPress is up to date, after which more time passes), Mr. Monir’s responsiveness is both relieving and reassuring. I’ll absolutely be using his plugins and his custom development services in the future.
